Room was relatively comfortable.
Wady
Houskeeeping used to clean our room really late which resulted in a poor job of cleaning. We requested sea view but were given an ordinary room which was not far from a club and hence there was a lot of noise. There was a Jozi FM event happening at the hotel which were were not informed about and the event meant overly full hotel,lifts took really long to work and the noise levels were high.

It was beautiful, inside and the view. It was way more than expected. And rooms are super quiet, which I loved. Housekeeping was perfect throughout our stay

The towel racks were a little too small to fit more than one towel, but that certainly wasn't a big deal at all. Other than that, everything was wonderful

Zalety
The hotel is located on the perfect spot. Beach front and not to far from shops, restaurants and the Ushaka Marine World
Wady
Dstv channels provided were not nice channels. The package is limited. There is no 2 point adapter outlets to charge phones, had to purchase at Spar supermarket. The door to the room needs to be replaced as I struggled to unlock. And overall the hotel could do with a revamp to look more modern as the style is outdated
