Lifts in the hotel are small and it takes ages for a lift to stop at your floor we ended up walking down the four flights of stairs most days. Air conditioning put on the floor and the curtain covers the top so air doesn’t circulate

Just off the Tottenham Court Road it is but a short walk from theatre land.Close to the underground so easy to get to from King's Cross station. Breakfast was all you could want.... Continental or full English. A good variety of cereals and fresh fruits... toast and rolls to suit all tastes. Bed was comfortable although some of the pillows were a bit lumpy. The room had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Could NOT fault it. Staff were very welcoming and efficient.

Perfectly placed for most things in the West End. Right by Oxford Street for shopping and minutes' walk from the theatre district. Had dinner in Sage & Chilli then breakfast in VQ. Sage & Chilli was excellent in all respects with superb service, even better food and an almost unbelievably low bill thanks to a special offer. It was almost empty - great for us but unfortunate for them and they deserve better. Have eaten at VQ before - always good.

Very polite welcome on arrival - receptionist Ayse was a credit to you, helpful and professional. Also, Hudson's Bar is a great place to meet with friends, with excellent food and drink, and friendly staff.

The room, whilst clean and tidy, was somewhat small, although it did offer all that was needed for an otherwise comfortable night's stay. Need a bigger TV, however!

The hotel is well placed for the West End and Theatre land. It a large hotel, built in the 1970s, and caters for coach parties, tourists and conferences, so can get pretty busy at times, ie checking in and breakfast. There can also be a long wait for the lift, I tend to use the stairs. The rooms are fine, a bit tired, but clean. The bathroom was compact but pleasant and there was plenty of hot water. Bed mattress was a bit soft for me, but that is personal choice. Breakfast was standard fare with a good selection of hot and cold. It a good place to stay if you can get a deal.

The room was tiny and when we asked for an upgrade this was refused because we were only staying for 1 night. I have never heard such an excuse before. There was no hand book like you find in most hotels

We have used this hotel several times for theatre breaks as it is well located for the Theatreland.

Again service at dinner was appalling. Last times we were there dinner service was dreadful and they forgot our cocktail order later. Gave them another try this time and again dinner service horrendous and when mentioned we were brought food we hadn't ordered. EAT ELSEWHERE!

Our room was close to the lifts which made our room noisy due to people passing by. This was made worse by corridors having no carpets so cases were noisey on floor surface.

It's just a block from the Elizabeth Line for the subway to/from the airport. It's a short walk to the British museum. It's also walking distance to Trafalgar Square and other points of interest. We only ate breakfasts at the hotel. The breakfasts where very good and they open at 6:30 AM. That's great so that you can start your site seeing early! They gave us a suite with a bedroom and second room for a living room or study. The room and hotel where clean. The only negative was the carpets in the hallways were old. The staff was polite and helpful. The weather was unusually cold and the central heat was turned off so they brought us heaters to warm up our rooms really quickly! They breakfast was open at 6:30 AM! The room was cleaned and fresh towels daily.
