I like their friendly staff and room service

We booked and paid a room with breakfast but our names was not on breakfast list. They had to confirm with the receptioninist before we can be allowed to sit in. Our breakfast was not the same as other guest, they only give us 3 options from 7 options to choose from. Hotel must inform guests when they book that they don't have Bar Fridges instead of keeping quite.

I give a an honest 4star on hotel reception and friendliness. Hotel is very clean and welcoming reception dining area, the whole ground floor is almost royalty.

The balcony was full of bird droppings. Air-conditioning out of order. Cracked tea cup and there was only one instead of two. And for the menu was so limited choices we had to go somewhere else for meals.

The room and linen was clean. The price is quite affordable to accommodate even the poorest person up to the rooms for the elite. Covid-19 protocols, like maintaining social distance are observed at reception area. Staff is willing to assist guests.

In the room, there is no telephone facility to communicate with the hotel for anything necessary. Air-conditioned was not working, and without a remote. The shower has no door, thereby making the bathroom to be wet. Towels are old and cause discomfort to use. Parking space is limited. There is no sanitizer in the room.

It is just a walking distance to the beach. They comply with Covid rules that's a thumb up for them

The outside is beautiful but the inside bedrooms its a disaster. The bathroom have the stale smell of mould. The room service was very poor and they have advertised the air-conditioned and WiFi. Only to find out none of them is working. They switched on wifi while the guests are sleeping. That's a bad manners. In the morning they switched it on, as most of the hotel was fully booked I was stuck with them. I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemy. The is a male admin they must reshavel him and put someone who have a listening skills.

I didn't have breakfast just dinner and we saw our dirty plates on the stairs the following day till we checked out on Monday morning. The bed was untidy The sheets were uneven I took out the sheets and left them on the floor and the lady put them back on the bed.
