Front of house service was great. Convenience to the CBD.
Wady
I had to change my order 3 times as the drink and food that I ordered wasnt available. I emailed twice re booking a carpark and no one replied. Car parks were very tight. I prefer rooms with windows so would request next time.

We stayed 4 nights. For the first 2 days our room was not serviced, despite several requests made to the staff at Reception. Very disappointing. Shows a serious lack of management in the housekeeping dept and poor communications from Reception staff.

A little bit hard to find on a busy street right by a major intersection.We had an internal room with no opening windows so got a bit stuffy.Don't count on carparking - it's first in first served for hotel carparks. The hotel does not have a vehicle pull in at the entrance which is a pain in case there is a hotel carpark available. We used the Taranaki St parking building and it didn't cost a lot. Very handy to the hotel.
