So close to city - once you know how!

Windows that don’t open, no fresh air, room was stuffy Car park next door was really difficult to use and we didn’t get any information on how to get to town, we found out by chance that it’s just an elevator away, supporting staff to let people know how to navigate car park and way into city would be helpful.
